What this means practically is that Roblox's safety changes are less a voluntary act of corporate conscience and more an adaptation to a regulatory reality that is tightening. The 18 percent stock drop is investors pricing in a compliance cost that is probably unavoidable across the entire sector, not just at Roblox.
